The Scotch Plains reported a number of incidents last week including a home burglary, fraud and a driving under the influence arrest.

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — The Scotch Plains reported a number of incidents last week including a home burglary, fraud and a driving under the influence arrest.

Scotch Plains Police blotter:

March 2: A 37-year-old woman of Avenel was arrested for driving under the influence and
possession of heroin during a motor vehicle stop conducted by Patrolman Zack VonLangen. She was taken to headquarters and processed.

March 3: A resident on Allenby Lane reported the theft of items from their home.

March 7: A resident on Victor Street reported a fraud. Someone opened a Verizon account in their name.

March 8: A resident in the 500 block of Park Avenue reported a burglary. Someone entered the victim's apartment overnight.
