SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ — As the New Year kicks off and students begin to return to school, here are some important school dates to keep in mind for the remainder of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public School District 2017-18 school year.

• Jan . 2 - Schools Reopen
• Jan. 15 (Martin Luther King Day) - No School - Staffs In
• Feb. 16 and 19 (President's Day) - No School
• March 30 - Good Friday
• April 2 to 6 - Spring Recess - No School
• May 28 (Memorial Day) - No School
• June 20 - Single Session
• June 21 - Last Day of School - Graduation
• June 22- Staff PD Day
