Saulter, 51, of Teaneck was arrested and charged with burglary and theft following a month's long investigation involving the Mountainside Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. On Jan. 11, a Fawn Ridge Drive resident reported the burglary where the rear door to the home was forced open. The burglary occurred during the daytime hours, police report.
