Scotch Plains, Fanwood Breast Cancer Survivors Walk The Runway

The Susan G. Komen's North Jersey event celebrated survivors as they modeled fashion.

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ — Scotch Plains and Fanwood breast cancer survivors were among the models chosen to walk the runaway as part of Susan G. Komen's North Jersey Champagne Brunch and Celebration last week.

Kathi Edelson Wolder of Scotch Plains and Elaine Fernando of Fanwood each took part in the event that celebrated survivors. Survivors modeled fashions by Worth New York at Mayfair Farms in West Orange on Sept. 26.

There was also a performance by HeART in Motion and keynote address by Linda Bowden, New Jersey Regional President at PNC Bank and two-time breast cancer survivor, and her fiancé John Sims, President, Builder Marketing Services.
