SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — A Scotch Plains man, who is a repeat offender, has been arrested for the third time for trespassing at Quick Chek. On April 24 Samuel Hanciles, 29, of Scotch Plains was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and resisting arrest stemming from an incident reported at the Quick Chek located at 1928 Westfield Ave. in Scotch Plains, police report.Sgt.
