Scotch Plains Man Charged With Having Guns, High Capacity Ammo
Scotch Plains Police also reported fraud, car burglaries and an outstanding warrant arrest.
SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — A Scotch Plains man was recently arrested on weapons charges following a disturbance.
On Sept. 29, Wagner Dubowski, 51, of Scotch Plains was arrested for unlawful possession of weapons and possession of a large-capacity magazine during a disturbance investigation conducted by Patrolman Ryan Cruz, said police.
Dubowski was taken to headquarters and processed.

On Sept. 28: Brittany N. Coleman, 32, of Irvington was arrested on active warrants out of Piscataway, Springfield and Fanwood during a motor vehicle stop conducted by Patrolman Gerard Rites. Coleman was taken to headquarters and processed.

On Sept. 29: A resident on Lake Avenue reported their vehicle burglarized during the overnight hours.
On Sept. 29: A resident on Hill Road reported fraudulent activity on a PSEG account.
On Sept. 30: A resident on Acacia Road reported that someone fraudulently applied for unemployment benefits in their name.
On Oct. 2: A resident on Martine Avenue reported their vehicle was burglarized at about 8 p.m. The vehicle owner saw a man inside his vehicle who entered a Ford Mustang and fled north on Martine Avenue.
