Scotch Plains Man Fatally Hit By Train
The Norfolk Southern train was traveling west in the area of Goodmans Crossing when it fatally hit a man from Scotch Plains, police said.
SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — A Scotch Plains man was fatally hit by a train on Friday night, police said.
At 11:45 p.m. a Norfolk Southern train traveling west in the area of Goodmans Crossing fatally hit a man, Scotch Plains Police Capt. Jeffrey Briel said.
The man was found in the area and identified as a 40-year-old man from Scotch Plains, Briel said.
