SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — The Scotch Plains Municipal Building will have a delayed opening Thursday at 10 a.m. to accommodate for the winter storm.

Residents who are experiencing a true emergency should call 9-1-1. To report downed wires, call 1-800-436-7734 and tell PSE&G the nearest cross street or the number of a nearby pole that has not been damaged and is away from any downed wires.
