Scotch Plains Police, Municipal Phones Are Down
911 is still working and residents are asked to contact the Union County police directly for non-emergency calls.

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — The Scotch Plains Police and Municipal phones are down as of 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
911 is still working and residents are asked to contact the county police directly at 908-654-9800for non-emergency police calls, who will be able to dispatch or direct calls properly.
Roselle Police are also reporting that all Xfinity Phone Sevices are down across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you have an emergency you can still dial 911.
