"...a very small percentage of drivers bother to stop at the stop sign on Crestwood (by the little Nature Center). They just drive through," Charlie Hellstern told Patch. The issue has been occurring since the intersection was changed from a yield to a stop. "We are aware and have received complaints regarding the area. The traffic bureau advised all officers and added the area to their list of directed enforcement," Scotch Plains Capt. Jeff Briel said.
