Scotch Plains Public Library to Host Teen Summer Cooking Class

On Wednesday, August 22 at 6 pm, join the teen "brinner."

After an exciting first summer class where teens prepared a variety of dips, the Scotch Plains Public Library is excited to announce their second summer cooking program. On Wednesday, August 22 at 6 pm, Dana will be leading the group in making “brinner” (breakfast for dinner). Sample some favorite breakfast foods and learn how to use an electric griddle. There will be eggs and dairy in this cooking class. Registration is now open. To register, go to http://www.scotlib.org/event/y....

This class is for students entering grades 5-12. Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions on the registration forms.
