Shakespeare Celebrations at Scotch Plains Public Library
Join us for a Shakespeare Slam and Raconteur Radio performance of Macbeth on Wednesday, April 13

Scotch Plains Public Library invites you to mark the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare's death with special programs on Wednesday, April 13.
Join us for a Shakespeare Slam at 5 pm. Bring your favorite soliloquy, sonnet, or scene to perform or use one we've selected. All participants will receive a small prize. Don't forget your camera to take pictures at our Shakespeare inspired photo booth!
Stick around because Raconteur Radio will present their immersive take on Shakespeare's Macbeth at 6:30 pm. Their performance will feature theatrical lighting, period costumes, Golden Age radio equipment, fog, and extensive sound effects. This Staged Radio Play is an experience not to be missed. Advanced registration is recommended for these events.
