On Thursday, April 9 at 7pm to learn about the historic Washington-Rochambeau trail in Scotch Plains. Did you know that this historic trail goes through Scotch Plains? The routes taken by General Washington and General Rochambeau to their victory at Yorktown go right through our community, including Raritan Road and Lamberts Mill Road. Join Sal Lilienthal, author of Revolutionary Battles: Experience America’s Roads to Independence to learn the story behind this historic trail.
