On Feb. .17 at 12:04 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Plainfield Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old man of Hillsborough, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Plainfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.

On Feb. 17 at 4:52 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 2nd Street and Flanagan Way on a report of a suspicious woman soliciting door to door. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old woman of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Rochelle Park Police released her pending future court dates.
On Feb. 18 at 2:57 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old man of Garfield, NJ for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Suspended for DWI [2C:40-26B]. He was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 18 at 10:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Elizabeth Police Department to take into custody a 33-year-old man of Derby, CT for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Feb. 19 at 7:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old man of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was able to post bail and was released pending a future court date.
On Feb. 20 at 3:28 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old man John Picinich of Fairview, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)], Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. He was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On Feb. 20 at 2:54 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft of a package that occurred on 01/02/2026 at 110 Park Plaza Drive, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Julian Ceron-Godoy of North Bergen, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Feb. 20, in an effort to reduce vice-related crimes within the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police arrested the following individuals; at 8:19 PM, the police arrested a 41-year-old female, Yisset Gonzalez of the Bronx, NY for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 29-year-old female, Winnie Liranzo of Jersey City, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Liranzo were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 9:45 PM, the police arrested a 47-year-old female, Madeline Sanchez of the Bronx, NY along with a 45-year-old female, Glennys Arias of the Bronx, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. Sanchez and Ms. Arias were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 11:14 PM, the police arrested a 37-year-old female, Karilyn DiRuggiero of Haledon, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 47-year-old male, Alfredo Hernandez of North Bergen, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. DiRuggiero and Mr. Hernandez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. On 02/21/2026 at 12:39 AM, the police arrested a 48-year-old female, Lo Yiting of San Jose, CA for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34 1B(8)]. Ms. Yiting was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Feb. 20 at 7:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Ocean County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old man of Hillside, NJ for multiple warrants out of Secaucus was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Feb. 21 at 5:06 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. He was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff took custody of him.
Police blotter for Feb. 9 - Feb. 15:
On Feb. 9 at 12:46 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the 200 block of Grace Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle improperly parked in a handicap spot. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old man of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Feb. 9 at 4:08 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn on a report of an individual staying at the hotel who has an outstanding warrant out for his arrest. Police arrested a 49-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hillsborough, NJ in the amount of $550 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Branchburg, NJ in the amount of $550. Both departments released him on his own recognizance pending future court dates and he was released from police custody.
On Feb. 9 at 6:47 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $100. Weehawken PD released him pending a court date in that town and he was able to post bail for the outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi.
On Feb. 10 at 8:31 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the River Edge Police Department to take into custody a 37-year-old man of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
On Feb. 11 at 5:24 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of an individual who was upset because he was not allowed to return an item. The individual involved was reportedly making threatening statements. Police arrested a 24-year-old man of Binghamton, NY for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A]. Was issued his complaint summons and released from police custody.
On Feb. 12 at 5:31 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old man of Bergenfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Teaneck, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fair Lawn, NJ in the amount of $550. He was able to post bail and was released.
On Feb. 12 at 5:58 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Wayne Police Department to take into custody a 29-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with 10% allowed for each warrant. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.
On Feb. 13 at 1:41 p.m. Secaucus Police responded to the Walmart parking lot on a report of an assault. Police arrested a 47-year-old man of Union City, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. Was issued his complaint summons and released from police custody.
On Feb. 15 at 3:58 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Extended Stay America located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of loud music coming from a room. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old man of Milltown, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $2,000. He was unable to post bail for the warrant and was taken into custody by Livingston Police.
On Feb. 15 at 10:59 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old woman of Newark, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $900 total. Newark PD released her pending future court dates.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
