SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On April 14 at 9:10 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old man of Kearny, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10 percent option. He was able to post bail and was released.
On April 14 at 4:00 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 21-year-old man Emilio Cruz of Secaucus, NJ along with an 18-year-old woman Eveniz Delossantos of Secaucus, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both were issued summonses to appear in court and were released.
On April 15 at 5:09 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old woman of Plainfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Edison, NJ in the amount of $750. She was able to post bail, was issued one motor vehicle summonses and was released.
On April 16 at 2:43 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old man of Paterson, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued a motor vehicle summons for DWI along with an additional six motor vehicle summonses and released to a responsible adult.
On April 16 at 2:05 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the East Hanover Police Department to take into custody a 30-year-old man of Newark, NJ for the following outstanding warrants; 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairlawn, NJ in the amount of $650, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ in the amount of $600 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clark, NJ in the amount of $500. He was unable to post bail for any and was taken to the county jail.
On April 16 at 6:50 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old man of Teaneck, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $2,500. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.
