Extra Mile Basketball NJ

Extra Mile Basketball NJ is an elite youth basketball training program based in Lyndhurst, NJ, serving athletes ages 7–18 across Bergen, Essex, and Hudson County. We specialize in small-group and private performance training led by Coach James, an internationally experienced basketball coach with 17 years of experience and over 2,000 athletes trained across three countries. Our program develops the complete player — ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, basketball IQ, leadership, and mental toughness. We train athletes across three age groups: Grades 2–5 (Ages 7–10), Grades 6–8 (Ages 11–13), and Grades 9–12 (Ages 14–18).
