Early Dismissal Wednesday For Secaucus Schools

SECAUCUS, NJ — As a midday snowstorm looms over New Jersey, Secaucus public schools —like hundreds of other districts across the state — have decided to do an early dismissal Wednesday, Feb. 20

• Morning Preschool will be dismissed at 10 am
• Full day Preschool will be dismissed at 12:10 pm
• Afternoon Preschool is cancelled

• Huber and Clarendon Elementary Schools will be dismissed at 12:30 pm

• Secaucus Middle and High Schools will be dismissed at 11:40 am

Many school districts in New Jersey have chosen to have an early dismissal Wednesday. Others have closed.

New Jersey is expected to experience several inches of snow that may transition to freezing rain. The snow will start after 11 a.m.
