NJ State Police Helicopter Over Secaucus Is For World Cup Security

SECAUCUS, NJ — The helicopter heard above Secaucus all day Tuesday is doing security checks in preparation for the 3 p.m. World Cup game between France and Senegal.

This is according to Secaucus Mayor Mike Gonnelli.

It's an NJ State Police helicopter.

Gonnelli said the helicopter was doing visual security checks of the stadium and area around the stadium before the game.
