Man Dies In Suicide At Secaucus Hyatt Hotel

A 37-year-old man died after he jumped from the Hyatt Place in Secaucus on Monday in what police are investigating as a suicide.

SECAUCUS, NJ — A 37-year-old man died after he jumped from the Hyatt Place in Secaucus on Monday in what police are investigating as a suicide.

The man was found on the ground outside the hotel at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, and could not be saved, Capt. Dennis Miller told confirmed to Patch. It was impossible to save him. He jumped from the roof, Capt. Miller said.

His identity has not been revealed until his next of kin could be notified.

The Hyatt Place is located off Plaza Drive in Harmon Meadow section. The man had been renting a room there.
