Man Exposed Himself Near Secaucus Movie Theater, Police Say
A Kearny man has been arrested and charged with lewdness after police say he exposed himself June 30 near the Secaucus Kerasotes ShowPlace.

SECAUCUS, NJ — A Kearny man has been arrested and charged with lewdness after police say he exposed himself last week near the Secaucus Kerasotes ShowPlace movie theater.
The incident happened Saturday, June 30, Secaucus police said: The man allegedly exposed his buttocks and genitals near the movie theater, in the area of 700 Plaza Drive.
Secaucus detective units were assigned to the case and they were able to track down the man accused of the crime. Andy Miller, 26, of Kearny was arrested on July 4 at 10 a.m. and charged with lewdness. He was also wanted on a prior $250 warrant from Kearny police. Miller posted bail and was released.
