Former NY Giants Will Appear At World Cup Watch Party Friday At American Dream
Meet some well-known NY Giants alumni; American Dream and Adidas will give away two World Cup tickets. 1 p.m. inside American Dream.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — Two of the best sports in the world — soccer and American football — collide Friday at American Dream mall:
The mall will host a World Cup watch party with the New York Giants Friday afternoon. The watch party is for the America vs. Australia World Cup game, which is at 3 p.m. EDT/12:00 p.m. PDT Friday, June 19 (the game is being played in Seattle).
The watch party will begin before the game, at 1 p.m., and select former members of the New York Giants will be there (we know which players will be there, but we can't publish it).

They will be bringing out the Lombardi trophy, giving away USA jerseys and giving away hundreds of official Team USA soccer scarves. But that's not all the mall will give away: American Dream and Adidas will give out two tickets to the Germany vs. Ecuador game, which is 4 p.m. next Thursday, June 25 at MetLife stadium.
On Thursday night, starting at 7 p.m. (game at 9), American Dream will be hosting a Mexico watch party, where they will give away Mexico jerseys, and Adidas will give away two tickets to Monday's match between Norway and Senegal.

All of these are completely free events and open to all. Bring the kids and all soccer/American football fans. There will be photo opportunities with NY Giants alumni. All the Fan Fest events for the World Cup at American Dream are free.
This will be held in what used to be the ice rink at American Dream. It's been transformed into a turf soccer field that kids can play on, and has a huge LED screen that airs all the World Cup games. It's a very cool place (literally, they have the AC blasting) to sit and watch the games.
Music from DJ Envy and DJ Pro style.
American Dream is hosting Dream Fan Fest, which is special days of programming at the mall for every day of the World Cup. On Thursday afternoon, Katie Lampson and Savannah McCaskill, two members of Gotham Football Club, the New York women's soccer team, were at the mall. They met kids on the turf, took questions from the kids and held a mini soccer game for kids to participate in.
