Players Still Wanted For Secaucus March Madness

SECAUCUS, NJ — Secaucus has its own version of March Madness: The four-on-four half court basketball tournament March 29 at the Secaucus Recreation Center.

Teams from towns in Hudson and nearby counties will play to see who takes home the trophy.

This event is getting widespread community support. The following companies signed on as sponsors, or are fielding a team: State Farm Insurance, The MacCormack Agency, Secaucus Rotary Club, Muller Insurance, Meadowlands YMCA, Secaucus PBA, Morgan Stanley, Secaucus University Hospital, Premier Security and more are being added.

Entrance fee is only $100 per team.

This event is a fundraiser for the Secaucus Food Pantry and Secaucus Meals on Wheels, which feed more than 200 families in town.
