Porch Package Thefts Reported In Verona, Near Montclair

VERONA, NJ — No, it's not Secaucus, but porch package thefts have been reported this week in Verona, NJ, a town about 14 miles west of Secaucus and just outside Montclair.

According to Verona police, at 1:20 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7 this woman was captured on surveillance camera images stealing several items delivered to a Verona residence. The suspect was wearing a dark knit hat, black and white scarf and a black jacket; police said. She was observed exiting a dark-colored Nissan SUV. The thefts occurred along the Linden Avenue corridor in Verona, police said.
