Secaucus Fishing Derby Rescheduled To May 14
The town of Secaucus just announced Friday morning that Saturday's fishing derby at the Duck Pond is canceled due to the rain.
SECAUCUS, NJ — From the town of Secaucus: Due to the expecting inclement weather tomorrow we are rescheduling the fishing derby to next Saturday May 14, same time.
The town of Secaucus just announced Friday morning that Saturday's fishing derby at the Duck Pond is canceled.
"Please be advised that due to the prediction of inclement weather, the fishing derby scheduled for tomorrow at the Duck Pond has been postponed," said the town of Secaucus. "We will reschedule the derby and advise of the new date in the near future."

However, the 11th annual Secaucus Green Festival will still take place at XChange from 11 - 4 p.m. Saturday. They will have tents set up and activities under the tents. The town is asking people to come and "brave the rain."
