Reminder: Active Shooter Drill At Secaucus High School Thursday

There will be a 'substantial' amount of police and emergency personnel at the High School and in Schmidts Woods all day Thursday.

SECAUCUS, NJ — A reminder that between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. this Thursday, the Secaucus Police Department, in conjunction with various other emergency personnel, will be conducting an active shooter drill at Secaucus High School.

This is just a drill and no students will be on the premises. However, there will be a substantial amount of police and emergency personnel assembled at the High School and in Schmidts Woods.

There will be no public access to the High School buildings or grounds through the duration of the drill. There is no need for alarm.
