Secaucus Kids Get Free Boat Ride On Hackensack River
The first tour was this past Monday, July 9 but the second tour will be Monday, July 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. Book a spot in advance; free!

SECAUCUS, NJ — Hey, Secaucus parents! Looking for something to do with your kids on these long, hot days of summer?
Hackensack Riverkeeper has graciously offered to invite any Secaucus child older than 10 on an environmental boat ride tour of the Hackensack Riverkeeper. The first tour was this past Monday, July 9 but the second tour will be Monday, July 23 from 9 to 11 a.m.
There is limited seating, so you must call ahead to reserve a spot for your child and yourself. Call Hackensack Riverkeeper at 201-865-4422. Private tours like this of the river are usually about $300, so this is quite a nice offer from the local riverkeeper, Bill Sheehan, who also happens to live in Secaucus!
