Secaucus Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Underage Teen Girl
The crimes occurred in a Secaucus apartment in 2022 and 2023, when the victim was between 14 and 15 years old, said police:
SECAUCUS, NJ — A Secaucus man was arrested Monday and is charged with sex crimes against an underage teenage girl.
The man is Anyelo Jimenez-Marte, 30, a Secaucus resident. He was charged with second-degree sex assault and third-degree child endangerment.
His arrest was announced by Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez and the case was investigated by the Special Victims' Unit (SVU) of her office.

The crimes occurred in a Secaucus apartment on various dates in 2022 and 2023, when the victim was between 14 and 15 years old, said the prosecutor. Jimenez-Marte knew the victim.
He is currently being held at the Hudson County Jail pending his first court appearance, scheduled for Thursday. Prosecutor Suarez has filed a request to keep him in jail until trial.
