SECAUCUS, NJ — Following a month-long investigation, Secaucus police stopped Darwin Fajardo on 8th Street and Flanagan Way at 6 p.m. last Thursday, July 23.
Police say he had on his person suspected cocaine and a small amount of U.S. cash. With the assistance of a Hudson County Sheriff's dog, Secaucus police then searched his home, located on the 800 block of 8th Street. Inside the home, police said they found more than one ounce of suspected marijuana and a quantity of suspected cocaine.
It had been pre-packaged for street sale. Additionally, packaging material and a “cutting agent” were seized from the home, "confirming the cocaine found in the residence was destined for street sale," said Secaucus police.
