Secaucus Man Sold Heroin, Cocaine From Harmon Cove Condo: Police
Joseph Manzi, 45, was arrested this past Friday, June 5, when Secaucus police and sheriff's officers raided his condo at 314 Sea Isle Key.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Secaucus police say this man used his Harmon Cove townhouse on Sea Isle Key to dilute and package cocaine, marijuana and heroin, which he sold.
Joseph Manzi, 45, was arrested this past Friday, June 5, when Secaucus police raided his condo at 314 Sea Isle Key, after a weeks-long investigation that first began when town residents complained there was suspected drug dealing going on there.
Members of the Secaucus police's anti-crime unit plus K-9s from the Hudson County Sheriff entered the condo Friday. They said they found more than one pound of suspected edible marijuana candy along with a bag of suspected regular marijuana. Approximately one ounce of suspected cocaine was also seized, along with packaging material, confirming the cocaine was destined for street sale, said police.

A small quantity of suspected heroin and steroids were also seized during the search. Several hundred prescription legend drugs were seized along with some suspected hydrocodone and some suspected Xanax. Over $1,200 in suspected drug proceeds was seized.
Additional items seized during the search were indicative that Manzi was using condo to dilute and pre-package the cocaine for street sale, said police.

“Resident complaints are a priority for the Secaucus Police Department. This arrest and seizure of this variety of drugs is evident that a partnership between the public and the police will help to inhibit drug distribution operations within the town,” said Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller.
