Secaucus Man Swiped Women's Underwear On 8th Street, Police Say
He repeatedly stole women's underwear from the laundry room of an apt. building on 8th Street, police said. Residents set up hidden cameras.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Here are more details on the man who was arrested last week on Eighth Street in Secaucus after police said he sneaked into a shared laundry room and stole women's underwear on multiple occasions.
Residents who lived in the apartment building planted hidden cameras to catch him, Secaucus police told the Jersey Journal.
Secaucus police said that Carl Jobson, 47, of Secaucus went into the laundry room of the apartment building where he lives on Eighth Street multiple times and swiped women's underwear. He would then return the underwear, Secaucus Capt. Dennis Miller told NJ.com.

Residents started suspecting Jobson and put up the cameras in the laundry room, Miller said. Jobson was reportedly caught on video "inappropriately holding" the underwear, Miller told the Jersey Journal.
The residents called Secaucus police and he was arrested Sept. 21, and charged with burglary and theft. He is out on bail.
