SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the police and unedited by Patch, all the arrests and incidents in town from April 2 through April 8:
On April 2 at 2:15 p.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 37yo female, Joanny Paulino of Paterson for four counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card [2C:21-6H]. The victim had discovered additional fraudulent purchases made by Paulino, and with a thorough investigation from the Secaucus Detective Division, Ms. Paulino was arrested, processed and released without incident.
On April 3 at 7:34 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop, a 47yo male, David Allen of Paterson was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $150.00 from Rutherford. Mr. Allen posted bail, issued 1 MV summons (Tinted Windows) then released.

On April 3 at 5:10 p.m. while investigating a suspicious person at the La Quinta Hotel, a 34yo female, Jessica Springman of Huntington Station, NY was arrested for Possession of GHB [2C:35-10.2A], Possession of Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)], Tampering with Evidence [2C:25-6A(1)], Under the Influence of CDS [2C:35-10B], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], and one outstanding warrant in the amount of $2,000.00 from Secaucus. Ms. Springman was transported to Hudson Regional Hospital, and released from custody.
On April 4 at 9:46 a.m. Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Jail to take custody of a 59yo male, Eddie Johnsen of Long Island City, NY for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Johnsen was transported directly to Hudson County Jail.

On April 7 at 9:00 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 45yo male, Raymond Collazo of Hillside was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $600.00 from South Plainfield. Bail was posted, a MV summons issued (Safety Glass Requirement) and Mr. Collaza was released.
On April 8, Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s Department store on a call of a Shoplifting where the actor had fled. During a search of the area police located a 48yo male, Luca Ferrigno of Elmwood Park who also fled from them. After a brief foot pursuit, Mr. Ferrigno was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(2)], Possession of Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and 3 outstanding warrants from Passaic County Sheriff’s office, Hackensack and Elmwood Park. Mr. Ferrigno was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.
