SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all of last week's arrests in town:
On April 22 at 7:00 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Luis Gonzalez of Belleville, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana, Possession of THC Oil and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Gonzalez was issued his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.
On April 23 at 2:57 a.m., Secaucus police responded to Walmart on a report of two males shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Daquan Dushain of New York, NY and a 26-year-old male, Abdel Traiore of New York, NY for Shoplifting and Conspiracy. Mr. Traiore was additionally charged with Hindering Apprehension for giving a false name. Mr. Dushain was found to have to have one NCIC warrant out of New York with no bail. Mr. Dushain was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Mr. Traiore was served his complaint summons and was released from custody. Mr. Dushain was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On April 24 at 3:38 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Thong Nguyen of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana, Failure to Turn over CDS to a Law Enforcement Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (bat). Mr. Nguyen was served his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.
On April 25 at 2:35 p.m., Secaucus police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of 75 Metro Way (across the street from Rent the Runway, near the Duck Pond). During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Jorge Castillo of East Rutherford, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Castillo was served his complaint summons and was released from custody.

On April 25 at 4:52 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 23-year-old male, Alexander Bou of Union City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana. Mr. Bou was served his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.
On April 27 at 7:51 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Efrain Colon of Paterson, NJ for one outstanding warrant out of Haledon, NJ in the amount of $500. Mr. Colon was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
