SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On April 6 at 8:48 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old man of Irvington, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000. He was able to post bail, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released.

On April 6 at 2:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000. He was unable to post baila and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On April 9 at 12:00 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Walkin Etienne of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2(a)] for operating a motor vehicle that was previously reported stolen. He was also charged with Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)]. Etienne was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. On April 9 at 11:19 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old woman of Bay Shore, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,500 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Teaneck, NJ in the amount of $1,500 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $350. Both Newark and East Orange Police released her pending future court dates. She was issued two motor vehicle summonses in Secaucus and Teaneck Police took custody of her.

On April 10 at 9:50 AM, Fort Lee Police transferred custody of a 31-year-old man of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $750. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the county jail.

On April 10 at 7:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a shoplifting report. Police arrested a 42-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. He was issued a summons to appear in court and was released.

On April 10 at 10:52 P.M., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 33-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued 12 motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On April 11 at 12:23 AM, Kearny Police transferred custody of a 29-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10 percent option. He was able to post bail and was released.

On April 11 6:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on the ramp from 1 Harmon Meadow Boulevard onto the Rt. 3 East Service Road. Police arrested a 30-year-old man of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail and was released.

On April 11 at 8:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Hillside Police released him on his own recognizance, he was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
