Secaucus Police Blotter, April 8 - April 14
There was a fight at the Secaucus Cheeseburger in Paradise last Friday, April 12 and more from last week's blotter:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all of last week's arrests:
On April 9 at 11:40 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 40-year-old male, Dennis Sosa of Paterson, NJ for one outstanding warrant out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500. Mr. Sosa was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from custody.
On April 9 at 7:11 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Somerset County Jail to take custody of a 40-year-old male, Jose Morillo of Union City, NJ for one outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $250. Mr. Morillo was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Waldwick, NJ in the amount of $500, one outstanding warrant out of Ramsey, NJ in the amount of $250 and one outstanding warrant out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $120. Both the Waldwick Police Department and the Ramsey Police Department did release Mr. Morillo on his own recognizance. Mr. Morillo was unable to post the remaining bail amounts from Secaucus, NJ and North Bergen, NJ and he was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On April 10 at 5:03 p.m., a 68-year-old female, Ann Harmon of Port St Lucie, FL entered Secaucus police headquarters to satisfy an outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Harmon was taken to the Secaucus municipal court where the warrant was dismissed. Ms. Harmon was subsequently released from custody.
On April 11 at 4:15 p.m., officers from the Union City police department responded to Secaucus police headquarters to transfer custody of a 57-year-old male, Jose Rodriguez of Union City, NJ for one outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Rodriguez was also found to have one outstanding warrant out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Rodriguez was unable to post bail for both warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On April 11 at 8:11 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Newark Penn Station to take into custody a 59-year-old male, Kerry Pugh of New Brunswick, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $1,000. Mr. Pugh was also found to have one outstanding warrant out of New Brunswick, NJ in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant out of Orange, NJ in the amount of $150. Mr. Pugh was unable to post bail for the involved warrants. Mr. Pugh was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On April 12 at 9:37 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Cheeseburger in Paradise located at 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a physical altercation. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Alexander Williams of Somerset, NJ for one outstanding warrant out of Franklin Township, NJ with no-bail amount. Officers from the Franklin Lakes Police Department arrived at Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Williams for transport to their agency.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
