Secaucus Police Blotter, April 9 - April 15

A woman was arrested at the Red Lobster after a public disturbance, plus shoplifting arrests at the Burlington Coat Factory and Walmart.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by the Secaucus police, and unedited by Patch, all the arrests in town from April 9 - April 15.

On April 9 at 10:41 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop, a 30-year-old male, Efrain Castillo-Sepulved of Union City, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $150 from Haledon. Mr. Castillo-Sepulved posted bail, was issued four motor vehicle summonses (Improper Display, Driving with Suspended License and Registration, No Insurance), then released.

On April 9 at 1:58 p.m. Secaucus police were dispatched to Washington Township to take custody of a 31-year-old male, Sergio Paramo-Remache of Newark, for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 from Secaucus. Bail was posted and Mr. Paramo-Remache was released without incident.

On April 10 at 8:56 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop a 24-year-old female, Ashley Washington of Kearny, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Essex County Sheriff’s Office. Ms. Washington was issued three motor vehicle summonses (Suspended Driver’s License, Driving Without Driver’s License, Safety Glass Requirement), then released to the custody of Essex County Sheriff’s officers.

On April 10 at 3:40 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop, a 32-year-old male, Heriberto Camacho of Hoboken, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $99 from Hoboken. An R.O.R. was issued from Hoboken PD, three MV summonses were issued (Safety Glass Requirement, Unsafe Lane Change, Obstruction of Windshield), then Mr. Camacho was released without incident.

On April 11 at 10:01 p.m., Secaucus police were dispatched to the Red Lobster on a call of public dispute. The investigation found two outstanding warrants. A 23-year-old female, Charisse Goodwin of Middlesex, was arrested for a $1,000 warrant from Bridgewater, and a $750 warrant from North Brunswick. Goodwin was brought to headquarters where she awaited pick up from Bridgewater police.

On April 12 at 7:33 p.m. Secaucus police were dispatched to the Walmart on a call of shoplifting. A 29-year-old male, Dennys Narvaez of Newark, was charged with theft/shoplifting of video games totaling $406. Mr. Narvaez was processed, issued the summons and released without incident.

On April 12 at 9:20 p.m. Secaucus police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Flanagan Way. A 47-year-old female, Maria Ulrich of Secaucus, was charged with DUI. Ms. Ulrich was issued two motor vehicle summonses (Reckless Driving, DUI), then released to a responsible adult.

On April 14, Secaucus police were dispatched to Burlington Coat Factory on a call of shoplifter fleeing the area. With a description of the vehicle, Secaucus police conducted a motor vehicle stop of the suspect. A 31-year-old male, William Gerena of Jersey City, was charged with theft/shoplifting.

On April 15 at 3:09 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop a 26-year-old female, Christelly Lora of Union City, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $300 from Closter. Lora posted bail, was issued two MV summonses (Driving While Suspended, Tinted Windows), then released.
