SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Aug. 1 at 3:58 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a suspicious male reportedly riding a bicycle while pushing another bicycle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Thomas Milette of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)]. Mr. Milette was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 4 at 10:36 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in regards to a theft of bicycles that occurred at the Harper complex located at 120 Plaza Drive that was reported to the police on Aug. 1, the police responded back to the Harper complex and arrested a 40-year-old male, Jeffrey Trinidad of Belvidere, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A], and Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(1)] along with a 26-year-old female, Alexandra Tyrrell of Jersey City, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A], Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(1)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)]. Ms. Tyrrell was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. On Aug. 7 at 1:28 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 155 Rt. 3 East on a report of a suspicious male attempting to cross Rt. 3. During this investigation, police arrested the third individual involving in the bicycle theft incident, identified as a 42-year-old male, Thomas Milette of Jersey City, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A], Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Mr. Trinidad and Ms. Tyrrell were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Mr. Milette was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 4 at 10:00 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 199 Huber Street on a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. He hit a parked car in the area of 199 Huber Street. During the investigation, the involved vehicle was located in the area of Irving Place. The police arrested a 58-year-old male, Mehmet Unal of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Unal was issued his motor vehicle summons for driving while intoxicated along with an additional three motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Aug. 5 at 8:23 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 630 New County Road on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old female, Alexandra Perdomo of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3A(7)]. Perdomo was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ with no bail and one outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $1,000. The police also arrested a 41-year-old male, Rasean Gosa of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] and Exhibiting False Government Documents [2C:21-2.1C]. Mr. Gosa was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Both Newark Police and East Orange did release Ms. Perdomo on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Perdomo was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Goas was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 6 at 12:58 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division in regards to a bias incident that was reported to the Secaucus Police on Aug. 1, the police responded to Green Valley Court and arrested a 69-year-old male, Alfred Viggiano of Secaucus, NJ for Bias Intimidation [2C:16-1A(1)]. Mr. Viggiano was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 6 at 7:22 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 46 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a suspicious male reportedly looking into open trailers on the property. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old male, David Salinas of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Salinas for transport back to their authority.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
