SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:

On Aug. 20 at 5:41 p.m., Secaucus police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Royal Motel located at 650 Rt. 3 west. During the investigation, the police arrested the owner of the vehicle, a 57 year old male of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and he was released from police custody.

On Aug. 20 at 9:00 p.m., Secaucus police observed a motor vehicle accident in the area of 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old female of Bloomfield, NJ for two outstanding warrants issued out of Edgewater, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrants. Officers from the North Bergen Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of the woman, who was issued five motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of the North Bergen Police Department.

On Aug. 21 at 11:35 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 33-year-old male, Ricardo Muniz of Hoboken, NJ for Distribution of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)], Distribution of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-5B(5)], Distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1A], Possession of THC Oil [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. Mr. Muniz was issued his complaint warrant along with two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 22 at 4:13 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of suspicious activity. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46 year old female of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Viagra [2C:35-10.5E(1)]. She was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Aug. 23 at 2:09 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 8th Street and Front Street on a report of a vehicle driving carelessly. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31 years old male of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with three additional motor vehicl summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Aug. 23 at 5:15 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20 year old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Aug. 23 at 7:42 p.m., Secaucus police observed a suspicious male in the area of 520 Secaucus Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24 year old male of Hoboken, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Aug. 23 at 7:03 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Barracks to take custody of a 35 year old male for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 23 at 10:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hackensack Police Department to take custody of a 59 year old male of Hackensack, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,100.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Belmar, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 25 at 3:47 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of New County Road and Seaview Drive on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old male of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
