Secaucus Police Blotter, Aug. 19 - Aug. 25
A 25-year-old Orlando, Florida woman was charged with engaging in prostitution Aug. 23 at Meadowlands Plaza hotel, and more arrests:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Aug. 21 at 6:27 p.m., in an effort to decrease vice-related crimes within the Township of Secaucus, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Andris Chirinos-Daboin of Manhattan, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Mr. Chirinos-Daboin was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 22 at 1:20 a.m., officers from the Elizabeth Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 30-year-old male, Keir Brooks of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. Mr. Brooks was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Linden, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. The Elizabeth Police Department along with the Roselle Police Department and the Linden Police Department did release Mr. Brooks on his own recognizance pending future court dates. Mr. Brooks was unable to post bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus. Mr. Brooks was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Aug. 22 at 09:30 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a theft that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located at 355 Plaza Drive on Aug. 10, police arrested a 21-year-old male, Anthony Curichumbe-Guilcapi of North Plainfield, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 38-year-old female, Silvia Curichumbe-Guilcapi of North Plainfield, NJ and a 21-year-old female, Dolores Cholota-Curichumbe of North Plainfield, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Curichumbe-Guilcapi, Ms. Curichumbe-Guilcapi and Ms. Cholota-Curichumbe were arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Curichumbe-Guilcapi, Ms. Curichumbe-Guilcapi and Ms. Cholota-Curichumbe were subsequently released from police custody.
On Aug. 22 at 3:00 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to multiple incidents of burglary and theft that had occurred at 5000 Brianna Lane in the overnight hours of April 13 - 14, 2024, the Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male, Wilson Tusent-Liranzo of the Bronx, NY, for 2 counts of Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], 2 counts of Theft [2C:20-3A], and 2 counts of Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Tusent-Liranzo was also charged with Stalking [2C:12-10B] and Criminal Mischief [2C:17-3A(1)]. Mr. Tusent-Liranzo was left in the custody of Riker’s Island Correctional Center, where he will eventually be extradited back to New Jersey on the listed charges.

On Aug. 22 at 5:22 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for tinted windows (39:3-75) in the area of 650 Plaza Dr. Incident to the stop, the Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Barshay Stinson of North Bergen, NJ, on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear [7:2-2(C)] out of North Bergen, NJ. Mr. Stinson was issued several motor vehicle summonses and was unable to post bail. He was subsequently transported to the North Bergen Police Department, who took custody of him on the outstanding warrant.
On Aug. 23 at 03:08 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to an incident of Theft that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center on Aug. 10, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Luis Cholota-Maldonado of North Plainfield, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Cholota-Maldonado, who voluntarily responded to police HQTS in reference to this complaint, was processed and released from custody.
On Aug. 23 at 2:48 p.m., the Secaucus Police Department conducted an undercover operation at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel located at 40 Wood Avenue. Incident to the operation, the Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old female, Jarolyn Carrasco-Jimenez of Orlando, FL, for Engaging in Prostitution 2C:34-1B(8). Ms. Carrasco-Jimenez was processed and released on a summons.
On Aug. 25 at 1:22 a.m., incident to a motor vehicle stop for careless driving (39:4-97) near the intersection of Maple St. and Paterson Plank Road, the Secaucus Police Department arrested a 20-year-old male, Vieri Criollo Criollo of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated (39:4-50). Mr. Criollo Criollo was served several motor vehicle summonses, including one for Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing (39:4-50.4A) and was released to the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
