SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:
On Nov. 21 at 3:08 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Kroll Heights located at 700 County Avenue on a report of a stolen bicycle. Following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division, on Dec. 4 at 10:30 a.m., the police arrested a 32-year-old male, Paris Paraskeva of Clifton, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Paraskeva was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Dec. 5 at 6:53 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Brian Osborne of East Orange, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Osborne was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 20 at 5:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to 321 Mansfield Avenue on a report of a burglary. On Dec. 5 at 1:38 p.m., following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division, the police arrested a 40-year-old male, James Defazio of Nutley, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Defazio was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Dec. 5 at 10:25 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old female of Paterson, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with three additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Dec. 6 at 5:11 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Paterson Plank Road and First Street on a report of a male walking into traffic. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Orlando Fabiani of Secaucus, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ with no bail, one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500, one outstanding warrant issued out of Hopatcong, NJ in the amount of $1,000, one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750, one outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $600 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $250. Mr. Fabiani was additionally charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to police. Mr. Fabiani was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Dec. 8 at 8:40 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Rt. 3 East near the exit to Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25-year-old male of Weehawken, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with one additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Dec. 8 at 11:57 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 54-year-old male of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with three additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
