SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all the arrests in town for the last week of the year:
On Dec. 23 at 9:30 a.m., Secaucus police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of Raymour & Flanagan located at 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Hunter Regan of Metairie, LA for Possession of CDS believed to be Anabolic Steroids [2C:35-5B(13)], Possession of a Firearm while in the course of Committing a CDS violation [2C:39-4.1A], Unlawful Possession of a Handgun [2C:39-5B(1)], Possession of Prohibited Weapons, specifically Possession of Hollow-Point Bullets [2C:39-3F(1)], Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Cialis [2C:35-10.5A(4)] and Possession with Intent to Distribute Suboxone [2C:35-10.5A(3)]. Regan was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Dec. 26 at 9:08 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 33-year-old male of Jersey City for one NCIC warrant issued out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officers from the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus police headquarters and took custody of him for transport to their authority.

On Dec. 26 at 11:13 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 28-year-old female of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City with no bail. She was issued four motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.
On Dec. 26 at 11:22 a.m., Secaucus police responded to Cura located at 595 County Avenue on a report of a male who refused to leave the premises. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29-year-old male of Elizabeth, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Mays Landing, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On Dec. 26 at 4:46 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33-year-old female, Danielle Mitchell of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension by Providing False Information [2C:29-3B(4)]. Mitchell was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150. She was issued her complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail. She is accused of shoplifting more than $2,000 in goods from the Secaucus Marshall's, said police.
On Dec. 27 at 7:38 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 25-year-old male of Orange, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was issued his complaint summons along with four motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Dec. 28 at 4:49 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Extended Stay Hotel located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a suspicious person on the premises. During the investigation, the police arrested a 68-year-old male, Gary Marinella of Paramus for Theft [2C:20-3A]. He was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Dec. 28 at 7:49 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Kohl’s located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19-year-old male, Onel Rodriguez of Secaucus for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)], Hindering Apprehension for Providing False Information [2C:29-3B(1)] and Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Rodriguez was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Force (pushing, etc.) was used against the Kohl's loss-prevention officer when an attempt was made to stop Rodriguez, said Secaucus police.
On Dec. 29 at 2:21 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 851 7th Street on a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Amr Mostafa of Jersey City and a 22-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Mostafa was additionally charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-10A(1)]. Both parties were served their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
