SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police and unedited by Patch, all the arrests and incidents in town in the final week of 2018:
On Dec. 26 at 12:46 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Macy’s located at 500 Meadowland Parkway on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police charged a 39-year- old male, Derrick Mason of Jersey City with theft. Mr. Mason was also found to have an outstanding warrant out of Garfield in the amount of $1000. Mr. Mason was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Dec. 28 at 9:00 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 31-year-old male, Terrence Arnold of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant out of Jersey City in the amount of $2,500 with a 10% option, one warrant out of Jersey City in the amount of $100 and one NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff Office with no bail. Mr. Arnold was also issued three motor vehicle summonses. The police also arrested a 32-year-old female, Tyiesha Mcnair of Jersey City for one outstanding warrant out of Paterson in the amount of $250 and one outstanding warrant out of Jersey City in the amount of $100. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department responded to police headquarters, took custody of Mr. Arnold and transported him to the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Mcnair was able to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently released from custody.

On Dec. 29 at 5:48 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 24-year-old male, Nicholas Georgetti of Secaucus for an NCIC warrant issued out of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office with no bail. Mr. Georgetti was also issued one motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office responded to police headquarters and subsequently transported Mr. Georgetti to their authority.
On Dec. 30 at 7:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 45-year-old male, Cardell Rouse of Clifton for an outstanding warrant out of Jersey City in the amount of $150. Mr. Rouse posted bail for the involved warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released from custody.

On Dec. 30 at 10:29 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the area of 200 Millcreek Drive on a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year- old male, Anthony Ortiz of Bayonne for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injury along with careless driving. Mr. Ortiz was further issued three additional motor vehicle summonses for the incident and was released from custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
