SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Dec. 4 at 3:35 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male, Jermaine Williams of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Caldwell, NJ in the amount of $750. Caldwell PD did release Mr. Williams on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Williams was issued 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On Dec. 5 at 9:17 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old female, Stacy Chapman of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Linden, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Linden PD did release Ms. Chapman on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Chapman was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and she was released from police custody.

On Dec. 6 at 5:23 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old male, Rafael Hernandez-Morel of Kearny, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ in the amount of $600. Mr. Hernandez-Morel was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On Dec. 8 at 5:13 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Royal Motel on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21- year-old male, Isaiah Gastonsteele of Newark, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)] along with a 27-year-old female, Sabrina Santarello of Daytona Beach, FL for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A]. Both Mr. Gaston-Steele and Ms. Santarello were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On Dec. 9 at 12:53 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 60-year-old female, Jacquelin Tomkovich of Nutley, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Tomkovich was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated and 1 additional motor vehicle summons for Speeding [39:4-98] and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Dec. 9 at 2:29 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Eliakim Joseph of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West Caldwell in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Both the West Caldwell along with the Irvington did release Mr. Joseph on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Joseph was able to post bail for the involved warrant issued out of Newark, NJ. Mr. Joseph was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On Dec. 10 at 5:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Andres Banquez of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Ramsey, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Banquez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
