SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all the arrests for that time period:

On Dec. 9 at 12:48 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Salem County Correctional Facility to take into custody a 27-year-old male of Lumberton, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $150. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 10 at 8:53 a.m., Secaucus police responded to the Dunkin' Donuts located at 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Mahamat Ahamat-Goni of Jersey City, NJ for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. Police say he stole money from the tip jar and assaulted the store clerk when he was fleeing. He did not work there. Ahamat-Goni was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Dec. 11 at 1:52 p.m., Secaucus police responded to Macy’s Logistics and Operations located at 100 Venture Way on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51-year-old male, Dwight Butts of Newark, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Butts was also found to have three outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,050. He was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 13 at 12:33 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 33-year-old female of East Rutherford, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with two additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Dec. 14 at 12:00 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 27-year-old male, Yaveh Pena of Union City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Pena was issued his complaint warrant along with two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 15 at 3:59 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Garfield Police Department to take into custody a 36-year-old female of Passaic, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Jefferson Township, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and she was transported to the Hudson County Jail. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Dec. 15 at 4:34 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to 450 Rt. 3 West on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old female of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with one additional motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody to the custody of a responsible adult.
