There were multiple arrests for drunk driving last week in town:
SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On Feb. 25 at 11:05 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the warrant and was taken to the Hudson County jail.
On Feb. 26 at 6:44 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle crash in the area of Harmon Meadow Boulevard and Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old woman of Red Bank, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was additionally charged with Assault by Auto [2C:12-1C(2)] for hitting another car, said police. She was issued her complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Feb. 26 at 9:48 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 201 Penhorn Avenue on a report of an individual who appeared to be asleep while sitting in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. Police arrested a 34-year-old man of Philadelphia, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Feb. 27 at 11:43 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On March 1 at 12:31 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Exxon gas station located at 209 Rt. 3 East on a report of an individual who did not pay for fuel. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for Theft of Services [2C:20-8A]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
