SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Feb. 24 at 6:57 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Orange, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $750. Both the South Orange Police Department and the Saddle Brook Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending future court dates. He was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 25 at 8:23 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750. The Paterson Police Department did release him on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 27 at 8:09 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old female of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $500. She was also charged with Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-10.5(2)] and Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Alprazolam [2C:35-10.5E(2)]. She was issued her complaint warrant along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 26 at 12:24 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 25-year-old male of Paterson, NJ along with a 26-year-old male of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. One was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $600. Both men were issued their complaint warrants and were transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 28 at 11:25 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male of Hackensack, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On March 1 at 6:36 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Hudson Regional Hospital for a report of an individual refusing to leave the premises. Police arrested a 37-year-old female of Jersey City, NJ for Defiant Trespassing [2C:18-3B(1)]. She was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. She was issued her complaint summons and was transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.

On March 1 at 2:49 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel located at 40 Wood Avenue on a report of an individual who was refusing to leave the establishment. Police arrested a 31-year-old male of New York, NY for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A], Theft of Services [2C:20-8B], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A] and Possession of CDS believed to be GHB [2C:35-10.2A]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 2 at 2:59 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $600. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On March 2 at 6:10 p.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old female of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $1,000. The Union City Police Department did release her on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.
