SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:

On Feb. 3 at 8:31 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male of Rochelle Park, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was issued his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 3 at 12:54 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was issued his complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 3 at 7:05 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male of Newark, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 30-year-old male, Morris Funchess of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-10A(1)] and Hindering Apprehension by Providing False Information [2C:29-3B(4)]. Funchess was also found to have two outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $5,100. Both men were issued their complaint warrants and subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Feb. 4 at 11:33 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old male, of Paterson for one outstanding warrant issued out of Lyndhurst in the amount of $694. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was issued three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Feb. 5 at 3:02 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of 700 Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20-year-old female of North Bergen for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 19-year-old male of Weehawken for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. The woman was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $100. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. She was issued her complaint warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was transported to the Hudson County Jail. Unknown what warrant was for.

On Feb. 5 at 5:30 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Dunellen Police Department to take into custody a 59-year-old male of Roselle for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $1,000 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth in the amount of $100. He was brought to the Secaucus Municipal Court where the warrant issued out of Secaucus was dismissed and the warrant issued out of Elizabeth was recalled. He was subsequently released from police custody. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Feb. 5 at 7:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Domino’s located at 200 Millcreek Drive on a report of two suspicious individuals who entered the establishment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old male, Ryquille Hill of Philadelphia, PA for Forgery [2C:21-1A(3)] for having on his possession counterfeit U.S. currency. Hill was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 6 at 12:37 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious male walking in the area of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male of Cliffside Park for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Cliffside Park with no bail. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi in the amount of $500 and one outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack in the amount of $500. He was subsequently transported to the Cliffside Park Police Department. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Feb. 6 at 1:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Rent the Runway located at 100 Metro Way on a report of a male on the premises who was acting erratically. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male of Jersey City for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was also found to have two outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City in the amount of $200. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of him for transport to their authority. Unknown what warrants were for.

On Feb. 7 at 9:35 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, of Jersey City for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Possession of a Synthetic Cannabinoid believed to be THC Oil [2C:35-5.2C.A]. He was issued his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 8 at 8:06 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old female of Rutherford for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $200. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued five motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 8 at 4:41 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20-year-old male of Secaucus for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. He was served his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 9 at 12:22 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Kayvon Toofani of Ridgefield, NJ for an active warrant issued by Union City with a Bail in the amount of $500. He was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Oxycodone, Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine [2C:35-10.5A(3)] and Failure to Turn Over CDS to Law Enforcement [2C:35-10C]. Toofani posted bail for the Union City and was issued his complaint summons along with four motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Feb. 9 at 4:00 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old male of Newark for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington in the amount of $275. The police also arrested a 40-year-old male, Ruben Sanchez of the Newark for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana with Intent to Distribute [2C:35-5B(12)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 500 Feet of a Public Park [2C:35-7.1A], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 500 Feet of a Public Building [2C:35-7.1A], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Distribute [2C:36-3]. He was also issued three motor vehicle summonses. Both men were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
