On Jan. 19 at 9:25 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old man of Bogota, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $4,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 19 at 12:32 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old woman of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $750 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. She was released on his own recognizance in relation to both outstanding warrants, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 19 at 2:36 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old man of Madison, WI for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Derry Township Police Department in Pennsylvania with no bail. He was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. He was issued his complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Jan. 20 at 6:59 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bedminster, NJ in the amount of $1,000, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $500 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $500 a 10% option. Newark PD along with Irvington Police Department and Bloomfield Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending future court dates. He was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Bedminster, NJ and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 21 at 9:38 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38-year-old woman of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 21 at 9:35 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 34-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000. He was unable to post bail for the warrants and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Jan. 21 at 7:52 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 54-year-old man of Nutley, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(1)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Nieves was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 22 at 6:40 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Seaview Drive and New County Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. The police arrested a 26-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 2 counts of Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 22 at 10:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 45-year-old man of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $1,250 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was issued his complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Jan. 23 at 12:53 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old woman of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Jan. 23 at 4:08 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to The Harper apartment building located at 110 Plaza Drive on a report of an individual soliciting candy in the building. During the investigation, the police arrested a 16-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. The juvenile male was issued his juvenile complaint summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Jan. 24 at 9:36 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,500 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,500. North Bergen released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date; he was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 25 at 4:16 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clark, NJ in the amount of $500 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $350. He was released on his own recognizance pending future court date dates, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Jan. 25 at 8:09 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Secaucus University Hospital located at 55 Meadowland Parkway on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $2,000. He was transported to the North Bergen Police Department.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
