SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests and incidents in town:

On July 16 at 3:26 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting incident. During the investigation, police arrested a 30-year-old male, of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail and one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On July 17 at 1:54 p.m., Secaucus police responded to the Immaculate Conception church located at 1275 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a suspicious male attempting to gain access into the gift shop. During the investigation, the police arrested a 54-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $150 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $1,500. He was served his complaint summons and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.

On July 18 at 4:43 a.m. officers from the Guttenberg police department responded to Secaucus police headquarters to transfer custody of a 39-year-old male of Staten Island, NY for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $250. He was also found to have
1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Carteret, NJ in the amount of $500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Sayreville, NJ in the amount of $435.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $350.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On July 18 at 4:27 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 22-year-old male of Bloomfield, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10(A)4] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. He was served his complaint summons along with two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released from police custody.

On July 19 at 4:36 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus police arrested a 43-year-old male of Union City, NJ for one outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.

On July 19 at 9:54 p.m. Secaucus police responded to the parking deck located at 500 Plaza Drive on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male of Walden, NY for one outstanding warrant issued out of Toms River, NJ in the amount of $500. The Toms River Police Department released him on his own recognizance and he was subsequently released from police custody pending a future court date.
