Secaucus Police Blotter, July 17 - July 23

In the past week, there was a fight at the Secaucus Rec Center, the Red Lobster and more:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On July 17 at 3:50 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the town Rec Center on Koelle Boulevard on a report of an assault. On the same date, at 5:55 p.m., the police arrested a 53-year-old male, Frank Petrone of Secaucus and charged him with simple assault [2C:12-1A(1)]. Petrone is accused of assaulting an employee at the town gym. Petrone voluntarily went to police headquarters for the purpose of speaking to police regarding the incident that had taken place at the Recreation Center earlier. Petrone was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On July 20 at 10:44 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old female, Annie Jackson of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out East Orange, NJ with no bail. Ms. Jackson was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the East Orange Police Department.

On July 21 at 12:32 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old female, Shaqura Bradley of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Jersey City did release Ms. Bradley on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Bradley was issued 8 motor vehicle summonses and she was released from police custody.

On July 21 at 8:43 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 57-year-old male, Thomas Ellis of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Ellis was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On July 22 at 2:08 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 23-year-old female, Kaylynn Bradley of New Brunswick, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Bradley was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On July 23 at 11:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Red Lobster on a report of a fight. Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Jerry Cash of Plainsboro, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)] for subsequently running across Rt. 3 as police were investigating the reported fight. Cash was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
