On July 2 at 1:13 p.m. Secaucus police were dispatched to Home Depot on a call of a shoplifter. A 38yo male, Brian Walsh of Jersey City was arrested for two outstanding warrants, one from Secaucus in the amount of $2,500, and a no-bail warrant from Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Walsh was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On July 4 at 4:31 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, a 45yo female, Adriana Garcia of Jersey City was arrested for three outstanding warrants in the amount of $5,627 from Jersey City and Union City. Garcia was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and custody was turned over to Jersey City PD.

On July 4 at 10:02 p.m., while on patrol Secaucus police arrested a 34yo male, Laroy Maxwell of Carlstadt for two outstanding warrants totaling $1,200 from Carlstadt and Weehawken. Maxwell posted bail, and was then released.

On July 4 at 10:00 a.m., during a follow-up investigation, the Secaucus detective division arrested a 26yo male, Andy Miller of Kearny for lewdness [2C:14-1B(1)] and an outstanding warrant in the amount of $250 from Kearny. He had exposed his buttocks and genitals earlier in town. Miller was issued a summons, posted bail and was then released.

On July 5 at 7:59 a.m. police were dispatched on a call of a found bicycle. During the investigation one bicycle was found to be stolen. A 17-year-old juvenile male from Secaucus, a 16-year-old juvenile male from North Plainfield, and an 18-year-old male, Hugo Navarro of Secaucus were arrested and charged with theft [2C:20-3A] and conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. All were processed and released. The juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.

On July 5 at 8:57 p.m., Secaucus police were dispatched to Kohl’s on a call of shoplifting. A 37yo female, Evelin Berrocal of West New York was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Berrocal was taken into custody and then transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On July 8 Secaucus police responded to the New Jersey State Police barracks to take custody of a 50yo male, Denis Guerrero of Staten Island, NY for three outstanding warrants totaling $540 from Secaucus, Linden and Prospect Park, NJ. Guerrero posted bail and released without incident.

On July 8 at 10:37 a.m. Secaucus police responded to the downtown Dunkin' Donuts on a call of suspicious activity. During the investigation, a 24yo female, Felicia Foster of Manalapan was arrested for two outstanding warrants totaling $1,550 from Marlboro, and a traffic violations warrant from Shrewsbury. Custody was turned over to Marlboro PD.

On July 8 at 5:03 p.m., while on patrol, a 36yo male, Randy Suarez of West New York was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000 from Garfield. Suarez was released to the custody of Garfield Police Dept.
